🚚 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We ship across the UK using trusted couriers including Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD depending on the size and value of your order.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
For wholesale or bulk export inquiries, please contact us directly.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS (if selected at checkout). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.


🚫 Delivery Issues / Lost Parcels

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please get in touch with us at abraarhome@gmail.com.

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


💥 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at abraarhome@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
