About the fragrances
Are these genuine Lattafa and Ard Al Zaafaran?
Yes. Everything we list is bought as sealed retail stock and stored in the UK. Nothing is decanted, refilled or repackaged.
Are these “dupes” or copies of designer perfumes?
No. Lattafa and Ard Al Zaafaran are established Dubai perfume houses making their own fragrances under their own names. Some of their blends happen to sit in the same territory as well-known designer scents, and shoppers often describe them that way — but they're original compositions, not counterfeits of anything.
How long do they last?
Most of what we stock is eau de parfum concentration, so you should get several hours out of a couple of sprays. The oud- and amber-heavy scents last noticeably longer than the fresh, citrus-led ones. Spraying onto moisturised skin rather than dry skin makes a real difference.
How do I pick one if I can't smell it first?
Start with the scent family rather than the name. If you like warm, sweet, vanilla-ish scents, look at Sweet & Gourmand. If you want something deep and smoky for evenings, look at Oud & Woody. Each product page lists the top, heart and base notes, so you can compare a scent against something you already own.
What's the difference between the perfume and the 300ml air freshener?
They share the scent, not the purpose. The air freshener is a room spray, formulated for fabric and air rather than skin — same fragrance, different product. So if you wear Khamrah, the Khamrah room spray puts the same scent through your home.
How long does a room spray last?
A couple of sprays holds in a room for a few hours. They're 300ml, which goes a long way at everyday use, and at £4.99 most people end up with one in each room.
Is there a discount for buying more than one room spray?
Yes — any three are £12.72 instead of £14.97, a 15% saving. You can mix scents however you like; add three to your basket and the price drops on its own. If you want three of the same scent, pick Bundle of 3 on the product page instead.
Ordering and delivery
How much is delivery?
£4.99, or free once your basket reaches £50. Royal Mail, 2–3 working days.
When will my order be sent?
The next working day. Weekend orders go out on Monday.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment — we ship within the United Kingdom only.
Can I collect my order?
Email us before you order and we'll let you know what's possible.
Returns and problems
Can I return a perfume if I don't like the smell?
Only if it's still sealed. Once the cellophane and factory seal are broken we can't resell it, so we can't take it back. If you're unsure about a scent, every product page lists the full note breakdown — top, heart and base — so you can compare it against a fragrance you already know.
What about room sprays and hair care?
Same 14 days, but they need to come back unused — room sprays with the cap on and never sprayed, hair and skin care with the seal unbroken. Once opened we can't resell them, so we can't take them back.
What if it arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you in full. You won't need to post anything back.
