We started on the other side of the counter
Abraar Homeware began as a wholesaler. Our job was filling other people's shelves — independent shops and mini markets across the UK — with Arabian fragrance, in bulk.
It worked. But it kept running into the same problem. People would find us, ask for a bottle of Khamrah or a Yara, and we'd have to turn them away. We didn't sell loose pieces. Orders went out by the case, and nobody needs twelve bottles of the same perfume.
This site is us finally saying yes.
What that means for you
Same stock, same shelves, now available one bottle at a time. Because we buy as a distributor rather than through a middleman, the price you pay here sits much closer to trade than to a high-street counter — which is how a full 100ml eau de parfum starts at £14.99.
You don't have to take our word for how keen that buying is. A good share of our trade accounts are warehouse and cash-and-carry businesses who wholesale on themselves, and still find it works out better to buy from us than through their own supply route.
It also means we're not guessing about what we sell. We've been moving these lines through UK shops long enough to know which ones people come back for.
What we actually sell
Two brands do most of the work here. Lattafa and Ard Al Zaafaran are both Dubai houses, and both build fragrances at eau de parfum strength or higher. That's the reason a £20 bottle from either of them holds its own next to designer scents at several times the price — oud, saffron, amber, vanilla and rose, blended properly and made to last.
Alongside the perfume we carry the matching 300ml room sprays at £4.99, or any three for £12.72 — the same fragrances, made for the home rather than the skin — plus Vatika hair oils, Silky Cool conditioning creams, Dabur Herbolene petroleum jelly and Mysore henna oils.
How we buy
Everything we list is bought as sealed retail stock and held here in the UK. We don't drop-ship, and we don't list anything that isn't already on our shelves. When you order, it's picked from our own stock and posted the next working day.
Still supplying trade
